Cappers Tracked provides statistics and performance tracking data for sports handicappers ("cappers"). The data is compiled by scraping publicly available information and is presented for informational and entertainment purposes only.

No Gambling or Financial Advice

The Service is not a gambling website. We do not accept, facilitate, or place wagers of any kind. All information provided, including historical data, statistics, and any forward-looking statements, is not to be construed as financial or gambling advice. We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the data. Your use of any information from the Service to make betting decisions is at your own sole risk. Cappers Tracked is not responsible for any financial losses you may incur. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Please gamble responsibly.

3. User Accounts and Subscriptions

Account Responsibilities

To access certain features, you may need to register for an account. You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information and to keep this information updated. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.

Subscriptions and Payments

Premium services may be offered on a subscription basis. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay the specified fees, which will be billed in advance on a recurring basis. All payments are handled by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Systematic retrieval of data or other content from the Service to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us. This includes scraping, data mining, and using any robots or similar data gathering tools.

• Using the Service for any commercial purpose other than those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cappers Tracked and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of your use and access of the Service.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida to resolve any dispute or claim arising from these Terms.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
